Following numerous phone calls and emails from residents , it has been highlighted as being inconsistent of late. 

The crews I have experienced from Norse Southeast have always been friendly and excellent, however with National Shortages of HGV drivers, the contractors are suffering just the same as many other businesses across the UK. 

Whilst I fully agree that general waste and recycling is prioritised for the benefit of all Council Tax Payers, it is unacceptable that residents who pay for this additional service are not receiving the collections they have paid in advance for. 

Here is my question to the Portfolio Holder, Councillor Mocatta followed by his answer.
